Our Story
One father's faith, a whole community's mission.
How Serve the King began — and where it's going.

Alex's Story
A crossroads, and a decision.
Serve the King was founded by Alex Turner — a Catholic father of two, inventor, entrepreneur, and businessman. Alex is the Chief Executive Officer for Corrosion Monitoring Services Inc. (CMS) and his education includes a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Executive MBA (EMBA). His story, which begins with heartbreak, provides an uplifting example of God's providential love, care, compassion and support for the modern challenges that many men are facing. Alex is also a perfect example of the age-old adage that God loves an underdog and, what began as one man's mission to assert his legal rights and continue to be the loving and committed father that his kids have come to know and count on has grown into a much broader mission.
STK's programs represent the fruit of the training that Alex accredits to the Almighty God which has turned him into a better businessman, father, and person than he could have ever imagined. Although these lessons were learned through the trial of fires, Alex seeks to share these insights with the community and has offered his own story up to help illustrate just why any efforts to make America great, must begin by 1st ensuring that no father is left behind and STK's programs are intended to help provide the public with volunteer opportunities and programs that both put God at the center of their lives while also providing churches and the public at large with the benefits of coordinated, thoughtful, and well led volunteer efforts.

What we stand for.

An invitation to be part of something special.
Although we are anchored in Illinois, the coming Kingdom of Our Lord, Jesus Christ, STK is not defined by the lines drawn by the hands of men to make maps. Just like our Lord's coming Kingdom, STK represents a broad invitation to the downcast, troubled, or seemingly outcast members of society and we stand willing, ready, and able to stand behind good people and good causes wherever they are to be found.
The many ways you can say yes to STK
STK's fundamental mission is to proclaim the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ by telling championship-level stories that bring the beatitudes to life. We believe there is a compelling need not only to help educate the public in terms of Jesus' Beatific Vision and that by offering our personal struggles up to God will help lead to changes that make the world a better place to be a part of. While we surely encourage the public to share their story with us, you don't need to be a Beatific Champion to show your support for our organization and, if you would like to say yes to our invitation, the examples below show the many ways that you can.
